Customer Care
Nervous about ordering online?
I understand the anxiety. I have worked with over 6000 brides in 20+ countries to make sure that her wedding accessory compliments her venue, personal style, & wedding dress.
I stand behind my items 100%. I use only the finest materials. You will wear a handcrafted accessory made just for you.
No need to be worried about being stuck with a piece that does not work for you or your dress. It is my priority to make sure that your veil is everything that you have dreamed about and more.
Caring for Your Veil or Cape
How do I store my veil / cape until my wedding day?
I recommend storing it in a cool dry place, such as under your bed or in the closet. My preferred method of storing is to fold it over a hanger lengthwise and to place it within a protective garment bag. You can then keep your accessory in this garment bag as you transport it to and from dress fittings, hair trials and rehearsals.
How do I remove wrinkles?
Have the accessory steamed (they can do this at alteration shops or you can do it yourself with a handheld steamer), or you can hang it up in a steamy bathroom, and the weight of the accessory will naturally take out the wrinkles within 4-5 days.
Just be sure not to iron it because the fabric is so delicate that it will just melt.
How do I care for or preserve it after my wedding?
Spot treat any obvious stains with gentle soap and water as soon as possible after your wedding. I recommend partnering with a local “wedding dress preservation” business to preserve your veil or ordering a DIY veil preservation kit if you are on a tighter budget. Production Times
When should I order?
I recommend ordering as soon as possible for a stress-free experience. Most brides order their accessories about 3 months or so in advance of their wedding. But many order even further in advance so that they can bring their accessories to hair trials and fittings.
When will my item ship?
All items will ship within a week of placing your order unless otherwise specified. Contact me for rush orders if you need your accessory sooner.
How long do custom orders take to ship?
Most custom orders take about 2-3 weeks to make and ship. But timing can vary based on materials and the design. Please contact me as soon as possible for custom orders as I can be booked months in advance during peak wedding season.
Rush order are accepted, so contact me for a more accurate timeframe.

What length should I order?
For more guidance please read Should You Wear a Long or Short Wedding Veil?
All of my accessories are made to order, so I can make them in any length that you specify. Standard elbow length veils are around 25-30'' in length, standard fingertip veils are 35''-40'' in length, standard waltz veils are about 45''-50'' in length, standard chapel veils are 90'' in length, and standard cathedral veils are about 108'' in length. Please contact me for veil measuring instructions so that we can make sure that your veil is the perfect length for you.
How do I know if it will match my dress?
I would be more than happy to send you some free samples of my veiling and my lace so that you can see the different color options in person and compare them to your dress. Contact me for free samples of tulle and lace.
What veil colors do you offer?
Most styles are available in the following colors:
"White" - is a pure, bright white (similar to bleached paper).
"Off White" - also called Diamond White or Silk White. It is just a tad bit darker than white. It is a color between white and ivory, but is closer to white on the spectrum.
"Light Ivory" - This is the most popular color. It is an ivory with less yellow undertones than a true ivory.
"Ivory" - has warm creamy undertones.
"Blush" - a romantic neutral with an understated touch of the palest of pinks. Very close to champagne.
"Rosette" - a more bold and rich pinkish rose hue.
"Nude" - an earthy beige. Darker than champagne.
"Glimmer" - a neutral cream color with a subtle sheen and sparkle
"English Net" - a premium fabric that is a bit weightier and that has more of a vintage feel. It is more opaque.
